(Ebru news/Agency) Peruvian chefs in Lima have constructed a chocolate model replica of the famous Inca citadel Machu Picchu.
Using 352 pounds of chocolate, chefs hand crafted the two-thousand part design, which is 9.8 feet tall, and a width of 5.9feet.
Chef Edwin Solis, at the Marriot Hotel, explained that every year they construct a town out of ginger bread for the Christmas nativity scene.
However, this year the hotel asked its chefs to create something more close to home, one of the seven wonders of the world, the famous Inca citadel.
The team of chefs took 45 days to complete the spectacular work of art which is now open to the public and which they hope will attract more tourism.
